Hi All,
Kindly would like somebody to tell me that whats the value of VS.EcNo.Mean.TP0....... mapped to?
as for VS.TP.UE.0.... are the Number of count of RRC Connection Establishment Requests with Propagation Delay of 0,1,2,3......
When the propagation delay is 0, it indicates that the UE is 0-234 m away from the base station.
When the propagation delay is 1, it indicates that the UE is 234-468 m away from the base station.
When the propagation delay is 2, it indicates that the UE is 468-702 m away from the base station.

check my screen capture, it shows value of Positive numbers for VS.EcNo.Mean.TPXX which wasnt correct for EcNo. Does anyone
knows how to mapped to the actual Average EcNo value.
