DESCRIPTION
A court document indicating the date and time on which a process server delivered legal documents on behalf of the California Hospital Association to Dave Regan's home in Kensington, California. Regan is the President of SEIU-UHW and also serves as a Vice President of SEIU International in Washington DC. According to CBS News and police officials, Regan pushed the process server down a set of stairs, injuring him, and also attempted to intimidate police officers who arrived on the scene after the incident. This document, from Sacramento County Superior Court, reportedly memorializes the date and time of the incident.
