Special Education Resource Teacher More complex situations may

to look at the situation Observation, assessment and collecting
data Development of a positive behaviour plan Teaching of new
skills Development of a safety plan if necessary Refinement of
learning objectives on the students Individual Education Plan (IEP)

collaboration is a key factor Outside agencies may be involved as
