• MID Workflow £40k •Allowed Policyholders and Brokers to update MID details online. •CMS workflow to allow 5 branches access to their instructions and referrals, with an email automated and manual, template library. •Over 20,000 transactions were update each month

•Standard referral level for each update, irrespective if policy permitted.•Only 1 product could update to the main system via web services, all others had to be manually re-keyed.•False errors from system meant web service return rules were more complicated.

• Instant Motor Trade Quotes

£85K • Allowed Policyholders and Brokers to quote and instruct new business motor trade policies online. •Over £2m per year was achieved online, with the same loss ratio as broker sales.

• Shareholder was convinced policyholders buying on line were less honest than via phone/broker•Product was limited to road risk•Some Brokers felt threatened

• On Cover Process

£50K •Allowed Brokers to process new, renewal and mta transactions online, including issue of policy documents and cover note.•All Broker on cover instructions were processed via this workflow, allowing Brokers to instruct instantly required and Tradex staff to manage their work load.

• All updates had to be double keyed (no web services integration).

• New Telecoms system proposal

£85K •Proposal covered upgrade of telecoms IP Office system, change of phone lines, call package, reporting and call recording systems

• NGN – Compliance Project

£5k • Ensured that no customer paid more than a standard call charge on any call to Tradex. •Changed non standard NGN ‘s to standard , promoted and launched.

• Direct all claim calls to outsource claim companies

£5K •Ensured that all claim calls were transferred to the correct outsourced claim company. •Created new call flows for claims, promoted and launched.

• Policy numbers from the old system identified the office the policy was taken out from, but didn’t from the new system, this was required to ensure the calls were diverted to the correct outsource claim company.
