PROJECTS TIMELINE

National educational project for students and recent graduates based on “learning by doing” concept, international experience, which is aimed to get and implement project management skills. Main task – to activate young generation of Ukrainian leaders and give all needed knowledge and skills to make visible impact into society.

  Project vision: to develop generation of young active skillful leaders

JDJDThe project is based on “learning by doing” concept, sharing and adaptation of international experience in project management.

• Main task is to coach and facilitate own project team, manage project preparation and realization of small projects within “act.in.UA” project;

• To prepare and run trainings, working groups, brainstorming about: team management, project planning, selling and communication in projects, logistic, project realization;

• Implement additional instruments for project team management, team building, creating learning networks, project realization;

• Support own team in practical realization of gained knowledge, planning, selling, promoting and organizing chosen project;

• Show foreign country through presenting national traditions, food, history, clothes in order to show the variety of world's cultures and to share the idea of cultural, religious tolerance;

• Take part in LC activities, integration events, be involved into LC work - facilitation, education, PBoX preparation, recruitment, OGX activities, others.

GCDP project that aims comprehensive development of children, increase their

motivation to learn, the faith in their own strength, culture, feeling the importance of the team and respect for other people through training on leadership development, interactive training, developing games, master classes, English courses and etc.

JDJDThe project is based on work with children from orphanages.

• Run trainings and discussion clubs on issues cultural sensitivity and diversity, health life style, leadership, personal development and effectiveness, AIDS, Global ecology problems

• To help participants to explore and develop their potential. Usage of different psychological tools which can help them to make the choice of their future profession

• To manage the teams of pupils to help them to understand the world issues and to help them to find the solutions of this problems in the local society through creating different projects.

““World without borders”World without borders”

One of the biggest exchange program in AIESEC Network; 40 countries that have already participated in Ukrainian WWB exchange program; 15 Ukrainian LCs constantly providing unique exchange opportunities for students all over the world; More than 400 internships per year in Ukraine; Opportunity to visit 2 cities during 1 exchange;

JDJDThe aim of the project is to spread cultural awareness among youth of 12-17 years from schools.

• The first task is to show the foreign country through presenting national traditions, food, history, national clothes. Presentation need to be prepared in interactive way and adopted to different age groups;

• To prepare program (in form of presentations, discussions, quizzes and other interactive activities) based on overview of social, political and economical situation in intern’s country;

• With other interns prepare and organize "Global Village" festival in each school (3-5) with national performance from interns country (song, dance, drama, playing musical instrument, other);

• Prepare and take part in discussion clubs, events, learning circles, other activities to spread cultural awareness, show the variety of world's cultures and share the idea of cultural tolerance;

• Take part in LC activities, integration events, be involved into LC work - facilitation, education, PBoX preparation, recruitment, OGX activities, others.

Healthy LifeHealthy Life

New GCDP Project in LC Donetsk that aims activating interest among Ukrainian youth (specially pupils) to healthy living by giving them an opportunity to interact with students from all around the world, to get knowledge about healthy youth life style in other countries, their own experience, cultural education, to get an opportunity to make experience with themselves and to create their own to make positive impact on their local society.

Educational wave Educational wave

This project for people who like and can teach students. During this project each trainee will work in different language schools at speaking clubs. You will interact with students from all around the world; and main goal to give knowledge about youth activities in your countries, cultural education for participants at these schools.

Summer School CampSummer School Camp

GCDP Project in LC Donetsk that aims activating leadership among Ukrainian youth by giving them an opportunity to interact with students from all around the world, to get knowledge about leadership, youth activities in other countries, cultural education, to make positive impact on their local society by doing “good things” during this project.

Summer CampSummer CampGCDP Project that aims to improve English skills of children at summer camps, to show them how it is interesting and useful to be free in connection with people from all over the World. To introduce them another culture and provide an opportunity to meet a representative of another culture.

Realization: Realization: 1 of June – 30 of August

Additional initiatives to provide best experience for our interns:

• Educational cycle “Ukraine is different. Explore it”. On-line education for interns with the aim to help them in cultural preparation and setting correct expectations for internship. Works on monthly base or according to the needs of our country partners.

• Preparation conferences for interns before main national projects to educate interns about country, culture and give them needed knowledge before the project.

• Sharing conferences. The main goal is to connect interns that are on internships in Ukraine, have fun together, spend time in real international environment and, as additional - gather feedback about internships and send them to LCs together with recommendations for improvement.

Additional initiatives to provide best experience for our interns:

• Constant on-line communication platform to connect interns of AIESEC in Ukraine and to give them opportunity to share their experiences (Facebook group “I’m AIESEC in Ukraine intern”)

• Campaigns and initiatives around reception and integration of interns run from national level to insure high attention from LCs to interns.

• National Control Board in order to insure quality, XPP execution, needed level of preparation process and delivery on LC level, as well education of LCs and members about X quality.

• Quality evaluation tool. Survey to check satisfaction of interns and provide immediate action towards LCs
