Created Interactive newsletter

• Created Campaign for newsletter based on the journey concept • Readership is dramatically increased • Sections include:

o Destination with a healthy lifestyle o Short video related to region and activities o Activity tips o Activity Trivia o Healthy Recipe o Coaches corner (health tips) o Monthly Awareness o Wellness and Business (ROI) o CHC Products ( We have seen inquiries from participants from this section)

• Sales have been using it as a marketing piece o Feedback has been extremely positive

Social Media Marketing initiatives

• Went from 1,000 impressions to 20,000 impressions per month on Linkedin • We have been using targeted communication and looked at trends to base our posts on • Have changed look and feel of both our Facebook and marketing page

o Analytics show that the majority of people that have commented or shared our post have been Executive Levels and we have had a few international executive reposts and comments

Long Strong Life

Created new properly coded emails; HTML based and ADA compliant

• All emails link back to the website • All emails are coded and have little chance of being dumped into spam • There’s no attachment with the emails, they are not pinged for viruses • We have email templates for the following

o Customer survey o Newsletter o Monthly Awareness o Awareness o Internal updates o Flu

WELCOA

• Enough said; first 4 page of the WELCOA Buyer’s Guide and feature spot. All in all we were visible in 3 different spots in the buyer (Marketing Success)

• Two web banner ads

Advertisements

• Total of three ads for Toledo based magazine • Products and services

Participant Guide Redesign

• Sample participant guide has received numerus compliments from brokers and clients o Notable; Aon reached out to one of our sales people and said out of the 6 clients

presenting to them, our marketing materials were hands down the best

Sales Presentation

• Redesign and content created along with management and owner • Switched platform to Prezi to make it more dynamic • However we will be switching to Sway which is Microsoft-based platform. It will be easier to

edit, send, and present. • Marketing has created two sales decks

Flu and Screening Animation

• Created a 1 min 30 sec commercial to be shown in elevators advertising our services • Commercial also included music • We are now able to create our own animations • Created original content for the commercial

• Created four email templates specific for flu • Created flu template for flu and wellness • Flu stickers

Screening

• Created materials for screening event • Screening Guide onsite • Screening Guide offsite • Incentive Guide • Screen Guide email • Screen Guide stickers

Health coaching event for City of Oak Park

• Created a 12 page booklet • Slideshow back drop for the event • Wrote all original content for the event • Wrote script for the presentation • Created an email for the event • Created flyers for the event • Coach practiced on what to say, what props to use, and over all body language

o City of Oak Park and broker said they loved the event and would like to do more

Information Area (wiki page)

Created a place where employees could get information on CHC products, procedures, sales questions, marketing question, and general information.

• Marketing has uploaded information about their department • Two emails have been sent out asking other departments to start sending us information, FAQ

etc. But we have yet to get a response from any other department • We have asked the new sales reps to give us questions that they need answered and we are in

the process of getting answers to put in our wiki

Calendar

• Created a calendar to be sent to clients for the 2017 webinar and monthly awareness • Created corresponding email

Activity Tracker / Nutrition Tracker

• Created sell sheets for the new and improved activity tracker • Created emails

Tagline

• Set up tagline conception meeting • Offered management team 7 different options • Landed on Challenging the Status Quo of Rising Healthcare Costs – Together

Photos and icons

• Created library of over 300 photos to be used legally and at will with CHC marketing material • Created custom icons and info graphics for CHC marketing materials

Branding guideline

• Created Style Guide outline colors, font, logos and logo placement for marketing materials

Website Redesign

• Created modern and original content for current website • Created a wireframe for new website • Did competitive analysis • Studied current market trends • Created preliminary designs for the site

o Suggested a one page scrolling site

Portal Redesign

• Studied user experience trends of portals • Looked at competition design • Created new look and feel for the CHC participating portal and demo site • Feedback from sales people and AMs was positive

• Co-branded with 8 various clients • Logo production work on clients logo to fit within layout and to make crisp if taken from online

CHC Blog

• Design style decided on with marketing • We have met on the matter, have a platform picked out and ready to go. Spoke with IT and it is

low on their priority list o It would serve us better to concentrate on our social media properties than a blog. That

is marketing suggestion Meeting: Project procedures (10/25/16)

• Created procedures and processes for routing projects • Projects are now routed to all stakeholders to review and sign off • We keep each version of the project to show its progression

o The physical process coincides with our ticking system where any revisions or comments are digitally achieved

• This process serves as a checks and balances system which holds all stakeholders accountable • It also gives each project a job number to be easily located in the future to reference or reuse
