Office WC Refurbishment
This sustainable refurbishment project of the
Broadgate building owned by British Land upgraded
the washrooms to a higher quality than the original
keeping within the sustainable building project
guidelines. Working alongside Harrison Jorge and
Como right from the design stage this £180,000
contract was secured to supply and fit full height
inline cubicles and white laminated rear duct panels.

BRIGHTON & HOVE ALBION FOOTBALL CLUB
Key Challenges:Following their promotion to the Premiership, Brighton
& Hove Albion FC underwent an upgrade of the players
and managers lounges. BRAC Projects were tasked with
producing the servery furniture for these areas. We we
able to accomodate the custom order within a matter
of weeks and deliver directly to the AMEX Stadium
in Brighton. The furniture was manufactured with a
laminate finish with the counter tops all being made
with the highest quality Corian solid surface.

toilets for 32 Toilets throughout Millennium Bridge
House. All cubicles, plumbing, Sanitary ware,
Mechanical and Electrical were replaced in this live
working environment.

This was a total office block refurbishment of all 38
washroom areas in a busy building. As this was a live
building, works were phased. We worked hand in hand
with all trades to achieve the tight deadlines for all areas.
The cubicles are from our executive range and the solid
surface vanity units add the perfect finish to all areas.

This school was in real need of an upgrade
and BRAC supplied and installed 12 different
washrooms in total. The design on the doors was
hand picked by the client and made to order.
Working on a very short lead time we manufactured all
the laminate washroom furniture for four areas in the
school. All areas are manufacture from hard wearing
compact grade solid core laminate and are virtually
indestructible. The building contractor, client and the
county council representative have given exceptionally
good feedback on the job.

The university required a quite area with privacy
for their students to study in the library. The walls
we created give the feel of seclusion but allow
natural light to come through. The finishes are in
line with other areas in the library and match very
well. We have received great feedback from the
surveyor on both the quality of product and the
professionalism of our fitters.

BRAC Projects were contracted to refurbish the Surgical Admissions Unit of Barnet Hospital in North
London. With over 450 beds serviced by specialist medical and surgical teams as well as an Accident
and Emergency it is an extremely busy setting. The aim of the refurbishment was to bring the Surgical
Admissions Unit up to date so BRAC Projects provided Integrated Panel Systems (IPS) ducting, fitted
office and ward furniture. This included nurse bases and refurbishment of the existing reception desk.
As this was such a busy environment, it was vital that the work undertaken was completed on time
and as experts in refurbishment this was easily achieved.
We designed a custom panelling system for Newham
Hospital that worked with the current plumbing and
pipework. We also completed the installation and design
of a brand new nursing station. Alongside this we also
designed, created and fitted the decorative wall panels
in the hospital rooms and created a main desk for the
children’s ward of the hospital.

Description:From design to installation, we took care of everything throughout this project. We worked closely
with our client starting with the planning and budget for the project, ensuring the space was
maximised to its full potential. BRAC Projects designed, manufactured and installed all the furniture
in three surgeries. This consisted of Corian® worktops with integrated basins, and high gloss acrylic
Parapan® doors and drawer fronts. We also designed and manufactured the desk, cupboards and
display unit for the reception area as well as the break room.
As part of the East Hertfordshire Trusts Redevelopment project we were responsible for all the IPS
and cubicles in the new Emergency Department, Ward Block, Theatres, Intensive Care Unit and
Endoscopy Block. Working with IHP/ Vinci on this Procure 21+ project it has enabled us to deliver
our high standard of works in various finishes throughout. The IPS in the wards and bedrooms were
a postformed laminate finish to give a clean smart look fitted with a clinical basin and tap.
In addition to the IPS we were also awarded the contract for the manufacture and installation of the
laminate reception desks and nurse bases through all departments.

Description: We designed, built and fitted out the washrooms at the
night club of Butlins Bognor Regis holiday resort. The
brief required a practical solution to make the most of the
limited space so BRAC Projects designed an Octagonal
vanity unit to maximise the use of the services. This
was manufactured it in Corian solid surface to make a
stunning centre piece. The remainder of the furniture was
manufactured in solid grade compact laminate giving a
hard wearing and durable finish to each of the rooms.

Working in conjunction with the building contractor, Ferry
owner, port owners and customs we have produced the
laminated furniture and washrooms on phase one of the
ferry terminal refurbishment programme. The reception
desks, pelmet and surrounding column casings are designed
to best facilitate the customers and staff and are finished
using the customers company colours. The television stands
were a welcome addition to the works.

BRAC worked with architect Gort Scott to a create this
innovative building using light and creative design. The
building’s external material is made from perforated gold
aluminium. This lets natural light in and artificial light out
at night. The building is on a key road leading to the town
centre so creates a welcoming first impression of Brent.
