How will we do it?We can proceed with ProjectONE and:

• Have the capacity to pay debt on ProjectONE

• Continue to invest in routine capital needs, including renovating existing buildings

• Continue to invest in current faculty and staff and continue to recruit

• Continue to invest in patient care, research and education

• Meet our key metrics: EBIDA, Days Cash on Hand, Debt Service
