The SSNet implementation seeks to bring various stakeholders [e.g. MSF, Family Service Centers (FSC’s), Social Service Offices (SSO’s) and eventually other Voluntary Welfare Offices (VWOs) in future phases] into a common platform where information sharing takes place and social service professionals can work more collaboratively. Ultimately, the end goal is to benefit the clients - ensuring that the client receives assistance in an easier, timelier and more holistic manner.

Role and Responsibilities Included:

Designed & developed the automated Activity creations under Outcome management with the help of IEG Assessments.

Done successful POC on Integrating Standalone BIRT Engine to use with IBM Curam Batches & application and created a simple frame work to use.

Done successful POC on making Password protected Reports. Designed & developed the reporting module using BIRT tool. Designed & developed the Converting Dynamic Evidences to Rationalized Tables to support

reporting module with the help of Curam Batches. Trained around 7 resources on Curam Frame work & Data modal to work on Reporting

module. Taken care of Project planning & reporting to the client.

Investigated on Curam Infrastructure issue and follow up with IBM with respect to reporting module.

Supported deploying the Reporting module on UAT, SIT servers. Supported UAT & SIT issues. Supported Data migration issues from the Legacy system.

Project: Otsuka PharmaceuticalDates: April 2014 – Nov 2014Organization / Role: Diona / Senior Technical ConsultantCustomer Name: IBM US.

The purpose of this project is to implement an electronic utilization management and care coordination solution in Miami-Dade County within the South Florida Behavioral Health Network (SFBHN) and the Jail Diversion Program (JDP). The intent is to improve the clinical, lifestyle, and economic outcomes for the consumers within the mental healthcare ecosystem. The solution will focus on utilization management and care coordination through consumer engagement and stakeholder information management, providing a connection across data structures.

Role and Responsibilities Included:

Designed, developed, enhanced and maintained Cúram screens by using the Cúram Enterprise Framework (CEF) and wizard development

Customized OOTB person registration as consumer enrollment for the ODH system. Investigated and resolved situations where actual test results did not match expected

results. Performed technical troubleshooting and resolution of defects in Cúram screens and

associated functionalities Used the Cúram Administration Suite to adjust Cúram configurations. Provided training to systems integrator technical staff on Intelligent Evidence Gathering,

Cúram Decision Assist, and development best practices Documented key technical steps and processes to help junior developers follow proper

development and test procedures.

Project: Cúram Child Services (CCS) DemoDates: March 2014 – April 2014Organization / Role: Diona / Senior Technical ConsultantCustomer: Minnesota

This project involved creating a product demo for the Minnesota team to demonstrate the capabilities of Cúram infrastructure and the best ways to reuse the existing functionalities from the Cúram Child Welfare solution.
