It is compulsory for the students to bring the following for project viva voce:(i) A copy of Project Report(ii) A copy of approved synopsis(iii) Identity card issued by IMT – CDL, Ghaziabad  (iv) Reappear students should bring a demand draft of Rs 500, favouring IMT – CDL, payable at Delhi.

2. Project viva will be conducted as per the reporting time and date mentioned in the schedule. Change in dates and reporting time will not be allowed for any reason whatsoever.

3. Students who are not able to appear on the assigned date will be considered as ABSENT. They can either:(i) Reappear in the End Term Examinations June 2011, or(ii) Appear for Special Viva for which they should inform and seek permission from IMT –CDL, Ghaziabad, after 15th March, 2011.
