The Project Statement 1. Background – California police are proceeding to test the effects of what happens when they shock morbidly obese people after they smoke a quarter oz. of high grade meth & run on a tredmill for at least 15 minutes on its highest incline and speed. Possibly a Fat people Genocide. 2. Target Audiences – America, Morbidly obese people, Social activists 3. Objectives – To warn & inform people of what kind of tests and other activities our authorities do; Show people are into weird things 4. Obstacles – Fat meth heads are not to common, so I’m unsure of people’s natural interest to care & get over the fact that its meth heads & fat people, but a higher authority willing to test human subjects. 5. Key Benefit – Look further into police activity and their other activities 6. Support Statements/ Reasons Why – testing human subjects is not right. 7. Tone Authoritative & whitty, it should be informational but with a comical sense to it.
