Calendar features

� Create as many calendars. Or Add new or remove hollidays form an existing calendar. You can add custom calendar to group of Employees.

Normhours

� Create as many Normhours (Workinghours) and assigne them to the whole company or just a group of users. You have flexibility to create different working hours for different employees.

Users

� Create as many Users with different roles and calendars. Different roles gives different access to the system

Timesheet

� Timesheet shows all the relevant data such as hollidays, totals and deviation. If you use approval module, Deviation calculates the difference of total spent hours compared to Workinghours.

(Optional) Approvals Module

� Employee can send the timesheet to the manager for approval. Each manager can Approve/Rejects the timesheet

� When a timesheet is approved the user can no longer change the timesheet.

� The icons shows the staus of each user.

� This report shows all spent hours , remaining work and start and finish dates. Both as chart and Reports

� It also shows how you current project look like compared from the original planned. By baseline compare

� Burndown charts shows the health of your project. It shows if it is delayed or on schedule.

� The forecast line shows the Trend of your project based on current progress.

� Actual shows the actual progress and the Projected line shows, how the progress project should look if everything goes as planned.
