The main Promoter has started his career with taking Madhav Microns on lease in 1996, than after he has established New plant in Waghodia GIDC name of Mahalaxmi Microns as a partnership Firm . All the partners in this firm are family member. Than he has established one another unit in 2003 as proprietorship firm name of Jay Laxmi Microns at Waghodia GIDC. He has established another plant on name of spouse named M/s Raj Laxmi Microsn at Waghodia GIDC in 2009.

Now they intended to Purchase running plant at Chhotaudepur with land, Building, Plant and Machinery to manufacture 500 Mesh Mineral Powder (Dolomite Powder). The products will be sold to Paints, Colour and ceramic Industries and manufacturers in India and in Regulated and Non Regulated markets. The promoters has already given token amount to the seller. scheduled to payment by 15th April 2011. And start commence from on Madhav Microns by same date.

Stage: RM receipt

RM Stores: Materials are received by road from mines checked for weight.Then the material goes to open area. The material received in form of stone of 6 to 12 inches.Stage: RM StorageThe stones are storage in open area and it is moved to direct Crusher Machine. From crusher we get stone of 1 to 2 inches its call “Bhardo”. And storage in specially maintained stores. Stage: ManufacturingSiftingFrom storage it goes to Raymond Mill through conveyer and get finished goods up to 500 Mesh. In Raymond mill there is setting of pulley for getting mesh size. As per order we have to set it and got the finished goods. Through Raymond mill finished goods are directly packed in SDP bags and manually weight on weighing machine for 25 kgs.Stage: FG StorageThe finished powder are store in storage room in 25 kgs and 50 Kgs bags. Stage: Dispatch The FG Products then are sent to the customer as per the PO.

Plant LocationThe plant land is located at Plot no. No. 253, Village Runwad, Tal. Chhotaudepur, Dist. Vadodara admeasuring 40700 Sq. Ft.. The Built up area of the land is 8500 Sq. Ft approx. The plant is consisting of Production Area, Administrative area, Utility building.

Plant and Machinery

The major Plant and Machinery for the project are as under: Crusher 20 X 10 - 1 Nos. Reymond Mill plant – 2 Nos.

Power Requirement The Power Requirement for optimal running of business would be 125 HP. The Firm has arrange power load of 125 HP from MGVCL.

Water Requirement There is no requirement of water during the process. The firm has already installed boaring at plant for dirinking water.

We are not directly involve in the Company because the company demanding crddit for more than 120 days and we are enable to provide credit for 45 to 60 days only. And our supplier Like Hindustan Mineral Products Ltd. and Gurukrupa Overseas Trading Co. are the registered vender of the M/s Asian Paints Ltd. In the Indian Market more than 65% stack is hold with asian market. Also know you that our both the customers are registered in Berger Paints Also. So both are registred vender in the most leading company in India. We are also supply our products to Ceramic Industries which is also related to Real Estate Market. The demand of the product is very High.

In Gujarat there is more than 30 companies like us. But they are supply Max. 300 Mesh Dolomite powder and in our new purchase unit we are going to produce 500 Mesh Dolomite powder which highly demanded in the market. The promoters are also trying to get more customers from ceramic Industries.
