Project proposal on "Implementation of modern and innovative technologies for
road maintenance"
The main activity of the Highway Research Scientific Institute:
Implementation functions on unified management of scientific and technical policy in the field of road construction.
development and processing of normative documents;
planning and survey works for construction industry;
diagnostics of highways and road structures;
certification of highways and road structures;
scientific research in the field of road construction;
laboratory testing and research of road-building materials.
The aim of the project:
Technical modernization Highway Research-Scientific Institute,
purchase of modern specialized mobile and stationary diagnostic
laboratories for the diagnosis of highways, the study and implementation
of the advanced experience of foreign countries for the preparation of
normative documents, local manpower in the road field.
Proposed activities of the project: Technical modernization Highway Research-Scientific Institute through the purchase of laboratory and technical equipment;
The acquisition of modern specialized mobile and stationary diagnostic laboratories for the diagnosis of highways;
study and implementation of the advanced experience of foreign countries in preparation of normative documents in the road field;
study and implementation of the advanced experience of foreign countries to train local manpower in the road field;
Exchange of experiences and advanced training employees of Highway Research Scientific Institute in foreign countries;
development and processing normative documents on projection, construction and repair of highways and facilities and airdromes.
Term of realization and project cost:
Project implementation period: 2014-2016 years
Total project cost: 1000000. USD Dollars
The available amount of the grant: 1000000. USD Dollars
