models and these youngsters are facing sponsorship problems. Media is notproviding youngsters a platform to enhance their skills.

1. We propose a live unplugged performance of the exclusive night.
2. Set will be properly constructed in a paneled and leveled sequence.
3. Grid lighting with effect will be used
4. Surround system will be used with wireless mikes
5. Keeping in mind the audience safety and prevention of any
displeasure, we will be makings special security arrangements under
the supervision of well experienced personal. These would include
security for the premises, entrance and within the audience.

Procedure
1. Auditions:Auditions for new Faces of Rawalpindi/Islamabad,
1. Talent hunt will be conducted and supervise by renowned Celebrities
from fashion industry.
2. We will introduce 15 new faces for Grand Fashion show.
3. Audition will be held in best western Hotel Islamabad.
2. Preparations for the show:
We are going to made the following preparations prior to our show
a) Registration of Models:
We are going to register the models for the event so that only the
registered models will be there at the day of event and no mishap will
occur.

b) Registration of Live performers:
Registration of live performers will be done so that we will be ensure
about the availability of the performers at the day of the event.

We are going to set the ramp, to avoid mismanagement.

Time management is the act or process of planning and exercising

management is a necessity in any project development as it determines the
project completion time and scope. So for the success of our plan we are
