PROJECT PROGRESS
Finished apartments on Kent Island! Fisher Architecture was hired to design The Promenade at Red Apple Center, an apartment community in Chester, Md. The 54,000 square foot apartment complex is 4 stories high and offers 43 units. Available for rent, the complex boasts a community room, fitness center and provides a variety of luxurious floor plan options including 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Fisher Architecture designed the rooms to include open floor plans (some with fireplaces) with private outdoor space for all units.
Renovations to the local bank are underway! Fisher Architecture was hired to provide design development and full permit drawings for the addition and renovations to the Hebron Savings Bank located in Hebron, MD. Included in their scope was identifying the needs of the bank as a whole and helping to create a facility that was not only updated but also enough space to allow for the ever expanding business. Construction is planned to begin in the Summer of 2018!

Fisher Architecture LLC is pleased to announce its recent hire of Colton Schlegel, who is joining the team as an Architectural Designer.As an architectural designer, Colton will be responsible for Revit drafting, some project management and graphic design. His professional skills in Autodesk Revit, Sketchup and AutoCAD provide efficiency in his contributions to the Fisher Design team. Colton’s past experience include MacIntosh Engineering and Millbrook Engineering as well as being a Sketchup designer for Delaware Technical College. He joined Fisher Architecture to better his career and gain more Architectural experience. Colton earned an Associate Degree in Architectural Engineering from Delaware Technical Community College in May 2018. While not working, Colton enjoys sports and traveling. His favorite sport is Lacrosse and you can find him playing on a Summer league. He also enjoys coaching high school Lacrosse and Soccer teams. “We are excited to have Colton join our team,” said Keith Fisher. “His experience in architecture as well as a background in engineering will help incorporate more strategic processes within our projects. He has already proven to be a great addition to the firm."
A new restaurant is open just in time for the Summer! Fisher Architecture was hired to provide architectural and interior design services for the renovation to the existing restaurant in West Ocean City, Maryland. The extent of the renovation was to create a new elevated rear deck to become level with the first level dining room. Fisher created large openings within the water facing wall that allowed for large windows and sliding glass doors. The area also contains a stage for entertainment. The ceilings were removed to expose the existing trusses throughout and the existing entrance was modified to provide convenient access to the retail area. The project also included the relocation of new stairs on the harbor side of the building as well as a new waiting area with a hostess stand in the front entrance. A new main exterior facade was created to give it a fresh new look. If you haven't been... you need to check it out!
