Scope:

650 lm of roof top car park on the refurbished Westfield Westlakes Shopping Centre which included fabrication of several complex intersections.

Scope:

Installation of expansion joint cover system in a new structure. Includes roof top and internal car park decks. Utilising Miska™ CP™ series surface mounted expansion joint cover with 40 mm Santoprene seal in deck to deck and deck to wall applications.

Project: Parkmore Shopping Centre, Keysborough, Victoria.

Installation Date: Sept - Nov 2011

Scope:

Replace existing sliding plate expansion joint covers and waterproof membrane on roof top car park. Eliminate leaking and noise into Kmart and Target tenancies. Utilising CP™ series joint covers both surface and rebate mounted with Miska™ TytasealTM secondary waterproofing seal. The CP™ series dealt with 15 mm height differential between slabs, offset intersections and severe concrete and armour nosing remedial works.

240 lm of CP™ series expansion joint covers with 65 mm seal was installed at the existing T1 and new T2 Car Park.
