Project Scope

Cover 130 desktop computer to be cleaned from virus, unwanted file and malicious software installed by users and resetting new network connection after network migration from Nortel Server to Cisco Server.

Project Result

1) Stop virus from spreading in the system.2) Reduce virus from spreading in the system by removing unwanted files.3) Remove unwanted malicious software that will harm and slow down the system.4) User able to surfing internet without any interruption by network problems.

Project Impact

Extend the lifetime for each PC to work properly.

Project Challenges

1) Time constraint due to administrative task to be completed during non-counter hours.2) Delay / difficult to obtain fast approval for any changes from respective Department. 3) Each PC has unique problems.4) Unstable network.

Project Effort

1) Liaise with focal person for computer handled by ITMS to get new windows image for cleaning process.
