Project Aim:

The presentation is to show our capability in working with a new brand shop and establish the brand as one of the leading brand. Hera we would like to introduce new vision, which is inspired from the course of Visual Merchandising. In this presentation we want to show a large retail shop, where all fashionable product is available as per customers demand and establish a retail brand to all over the world. The main aim is to maximize sale.

Our Logo:

Every business organization has a logo. It is an identity of the retailer. Our logo is six circles with different colors and leaves. The different colors express our versatility and the leaves represents the freshness. From the dawn of civilization Humans believes that the circle is the Heavenly sigh, because it is perfect. That is why we chose our logo to be Circle.

Project Objective:

To create window and interior display in shops and departments.

To accrue knowledge about decoration of any Brand Retail shop.

To be familiar with the raw materials of a Brand Retail shop.

To know what kind of product is needed in which season. To know about the Fashion and Style.

To gather information about the World Shop and Retail Market, from Visual Merchandiser point of view.

To judge the market and take strong decisions about the product and shop.

To prepare ourselves to cope up with various kinds of situations.

To work under presser.

To conduct research based on life style, trends, as well as, regional attributes.

To maximize the space and layout of store and using best advantage of available space.

To prepare the promotional events and dismantling.

To know how to give feedback.

To understand presentation.

To set up a model store and implement design and plans.

Methodology of the Project:

Making map and placing store.

Pick up the best placement of the store.

Placing the items, i.e. Open back window, Close back window, hanger display, rack display, mannequins etc.

Making the floor plan.

Differentiate the entire product, i.e. Men’s, Ladies and kids.

Download some pictures we can use in the presentation.

Browsing internet about different product.

We take responsibility of different works.

Make sure the work is done well before deadline.

We focus and break down the works.

We sit and discuses about the Presentation.
