    Employer-employee relationship is the management ofrelations between the employers or managers of an

    enterprise and their employees.

    Because employers and employees often work in close

    quarters, they necessarily develop relationships. Managing

    these relationships is vital to business success, as strongrelationships can lead to greater employee happiness and

    Primary data was collected through

    questionnaire by distributing 50 questionnairesto the respondents. Questionnaire consists of

    personal details and core details.

    OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY

    To study the working culture of the company.

    To study the welfare facilities for the benefit of the employees..Study if training and development programes are provided by employers.

    To study proper co-ordination between employers and employees.

    SAMPLING

    A sample of 50 respondents of Jaipur was taken for the study.

    The respondents are selected randomly from the Vodafone Head Office at

    Gaurav Tower.

    Limitations of the study

    The study has been conducted only in Jaipur and so the opinion of the

    respondents in Jaipur only has been considered.

    A conclusion is based on assumption. It has been assumed that the answers

    given by the respondent are true and adequate. The time allotted for the

    study was short otherwise a more in depth study could have been made.

    VODAFONE INDIA

    Vodafone India , formerly Vodafone Essar and Hutchison Essar, is the third

    largest mobile network operator in India after Airtel and RelianceCommunications by subscriber base. It is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. It has

    approximately 147.48 million customers as of December 2012.

    On July 2011, Vodafone Group agreed terms for the buy-out of its

    INTERPRETATION: The above table shows that 78% has good opinion 18% has an

    FINDINGS It is observed that 76% employees agree that their employers communicate

    effectively,18% rate it sometimes and 6% rate it rarely.

    It is observed that 96% employees enjoy starting a new day at work and rest 4%does not.

    The study shows that 80% employers always show respect to the ideas and opinionsof employees.

    According to the above table 77% of employees are highly appreciated for the work

    done efficiently and 23% are not.

    From the above study we can observe that 66% employees are highly satisfied withthe amount of training provided to them and other 34% are satisfied with trainingoffered to them.

    It was observed that 14% employees rate their relationship with employers asexcellent, 80% rate it very good.

    SUGGESTIONS Working relationships between employers and employees can be improved

    through improved training and better working conditions.

    The company should create better working environment and use alternativemethods of conflict resolution.

    Employees want to be productive and involved. Company can Create employee

    participation teams. The more the employee interacts with other members of theteam, the greater the employee will be linked with the organization.

    The company should improve the retention of staff ,job satisfaction andefficiency of health.

    Employees want to be appreciated and recognized for a job well done. Linkperformance with rewards. Linking performance with rewards also promotes theentrepreneurial spirit and encourages people to work as a team.

    The management should communicate effectively and regulary with theemployees. They should provide complete information about the company whichis of their use.

    CONCLUSIONThere are some areas which company has to take intoconsideration. And there are certain points and areas foundwhere company is doing a good job. The employees find the

    working culture satisfactory and in their opinion workculture of company is good. And most of the employees aresatisfied at the workplace because their opinions are valued

    by employers.

    There fore majority of employees are motivated and driven

    to make a difference at their workplace.they are satisfiedwith the welfare activity provided like health facilities.

    The relationship between employees and their immediatesuperior is good. They share a good bond.
