1.5 QUALITY ASSURANCE

B. Installer Qualifications: Minimum 5 years experience in work of this Section.
1.6 WARRANTIES
A. Provide manufacturer’s 25 year warranty against breakage, corrosion, and delamination
under normal conditions.
PART 2 PRODUCTS
2.1 MANUFACTURERS
A. Contract Documents are based on products by Bobrick SierraSeries 1090 Series Overhead-
Braced Water- and Fire-Resistant Solid Color Reinforced Composite Toilet Partitions and
Urinal Screens
1. High density polyethylene (HDPE), fabricated from polymer resins compounded under
high pressure, forming single thickness panel.
2. Waterproof and nonabsorbent, with self-lubricating surface, resistant to marks by pens,
pencils, markers, and other writing instruments.
3. 1 inch thick with edges rounded to 1/4 inch radius.
4. Recycled content: Minimum 25 percent
5. Fire hazard classification: Class A flame spread/smoke developed rating, tested to
ASTM E84.
6. Color: To be selected from manufacturer’s full color range.
B. Aluminum Extrusions: ASTM B221, 6463-T5 alloy and temper.
C. Stainless Steel: ASTM A167, Type 304.
2.3 HARDWARE
A. Hinges:
1. 8 inches long, fabricated from heavy-duty extruded aluminum with bright dip anodized
finish, wrap-around flanges, adjustable on 30-degree increments, through bolted to
doors and pilasters with stainless steel, Torx head sex bolts.
2. Hinges operate on field-adjustable nylon cams, field adjustable in 30 degree
increments.
B. Door Strike and Keeper:
1. 6 inches long, fabricate from heavy-duty extruded aluminum with bright dip anodized
finish, with wrap-around flanges secured to pilasters with stainless steel tamper
resistant Torx head sex bolts.
2. Bumper: Extruded black vinyl.
C. Latch and Housing:
1. Heavy-duty extruded aluminum.
3. Latch housing: Bright dip anodized finish.
4. Slide bolt and button: Black anodized finish.
D. Bumper:
1. Chrome plated Zamak.
2. Equip outswing handicapped doors with second door pull and door stop.
E. Door Pulls: Chrome plated Zamak.
2.4 COMPONENTS
A. Doors and Dividing Panels: 55 inches high, mounted 14 inches above finished floor, with
aluminum heat-sinc fastened to bottom edges.
B. Pilasters: 82 inches high, fastened to pilaster sleeves with stainless steel tamper resistant Torx
head sex bolt.
C. Pilaster Sleeves: 3 inches high, one-piece molded HDPE secured to pilaster with stainless
steel tamper resistant Torx head sex bolt.
D. Wall Brackets: 54 inches long, heavy-duty aluminum, bright dip anodized finish, fastened to
pilasters and panels with stainless steel tamper resistant Torx head sex bolts.
E. Headrail: Heavy-duty extruded aluminum, anti-grip design, clear anodized finish, fastened to
headrail bracket with stainless steel tamper resistant Torx head sex bolt and at top of pilaster
with stainless steel tamper resistant Torx head screws.
F. Headrail Brackets: 20 gage stainless steel, satin finish, secured to wall with stainless steel

tamper resistant Torx head screws.
PART 3 EXECUTION
A. Install compartments in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions and approved Shop
Drawings.
B. Install rigid, straight, plumb, and level.
C. Locate bottom edge of doors and panels 14 inches above finished floor.
D. Provide uniform, maximum 3/8 inch vertical clearance at doors.
E. Not Acceptable: Evidence of cutting, drilling, or patching.

WARRANTY & TERMS
WARRANTY: 5 Year Limited Warranty on Thermoplastic coated elements. Ultra Play guarantees all items for one full year to be free of defects in workmanship or materials when installed and maintained properly. We agree to repair or replace, any items determined to be defective. Items specifically not covered by this warranty include vandalism, man made or natural disasters, lack of maintenance, normal weathering or wear and tear due to public abuse.
Damages or loss in transit is the responsibility of the carrier, whether visible or concealed. It is the responsibility of the recipient to assure that the order is received complete. Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect the shipment immediately and completely. Note any damages or shortages on the bill of lading. Damage reports must be filed within 10 days. Ultra Play is NOT responsible for damages or loss in transit. Title to all goods passes to the customer at the time of shipment. Ultra Play will assist in filing claims if the freight arrangements were made by Ultra Play at your request.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS: Cancellations are only accepted with approval of Ultra Play. No merchandise shall be returned without a Return Goods Authorization number which is issued by customer service. Any authorized merchandise must be carefully packed and received in saleable condition. A restocking charge of up to 25% will be applied to all returned goods when the error is not the fault of Ultra Play. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.

Owners and installers please note these safety warnings and make use of this checklist on a regular basis.•
Follow installation instructions when erecting equipment.•
Ground surfaces around equipment should be restored as needed. Concrete footings should never be exposed. Surface depth • should comply with ASTM and CPSC specifications.
Check for and repair damage caused by wear or vandalism, a major factor in injury causing situations.•
All protruding bolts should be covered or cut off and finished smooth. Sharp edges on pipes should be capped or removed. Check • for bent, broken, or severly worn pipe, and replace.
All equipment should be free of rust and repainted whenever necessary to deter rusting.•
We provide our customers with layout sheets and installation instructions. Please keep on file the specifications sheet that contains • the listing of every part used.
Never add components not intended for use with this product.•
Regular maintenance is necessary in this and all park and recreational equipment to insure the safety of the user.•
Note: Proper maintenance of equipment requires regular tightening of all bolts, nuts, and setscrews.•
Note: Regular checking of all parts, castings, etc. should be made. If a part is broken or worn, it shoud be replaced immediatly.•
Check to be sure all fittings are tight and that bars and pipes do not move.•
Replace all worn S-hooks. S-hooks must be completely closed. Failure to close S-hooks can result in serious injury to the user. • NEVER reuse S-hooks.
Test for free movement of swing hanger and other moving attached parts.•
Check for worn chains and replace them.•
A soft resilient surface should be placed under all swings extending at least twice the height of the top rail both front and back. •

338SH3-V 46” SQUARE INGROUND MOUNT TABLE WITH 3 SEATS
Top & Seats: 11 gauge die formed angle frame 1”x1-7/8” with 3” radius corners. 3/4” #9 steel expanded metal. 7 gauge x 1-1/2” flat bar center support and mounting bracket understructure. Top is additionally diagonally supported to the corners with 7 gauge x 1-1/2” flat bar. Electrically MIG welded.
Coating: Oven fused functionalized polyethylene copolymer-based thermoplastic. Fluidized bed coating application with superior mechanical performance, impact resistance and UV-stability.
Frame: Main support column is 4”x4”x11 gauge pre-galvanized structural steel tubing. Arms are fabricated from 2-7/8” O.D. x 12 gauge pre-galvanized structural steel welded to 1/4” precision punched plates for attachment to the main column and 2”x2”x3/16” structural steel angle for lateral seat support. Seat attachment points are 10 gauge precision punched tabs. Table top attachment structure is fabricated from 2”x2”x3/16” structural steel angle and top attachment points are 7 gauge x 1-1/2” steel flat bar.
Frame Coating: Electrostatic powder coated application oven cured.
Hardware: All stainless steel hardware fasteners.
Dimensions: Top is 46” square x 30-1/4” high. Seats are 12” wide x 36” long x 18” high. Outside to outside dimensions of 3 seat table is 76-1/2”X 61-1/4”.
