� COURSE SUMMARY: In this course, you will learn to use the Xactimate Project Management module. Xactimate’s Project Management module is an innovative feature designed to help you get organized and reduce costs. Import your estimates and assignments directly into this powerful and effective management tool. Create a running schedule of work-related activities and view projects, employee schedules, equipment lists and workload allocation information from a single user interface.

� COURSE REQUIREMENTS: • Computer and Internet System Requirements:

� DSL or faster Internet connection � 256 MB of RAM or better � 1 GHz processor or faster � MS Internet Explorer (Web browser) � Telephone within close proximity to computer

• Knowledge of the property loss industry and terminology

• Basic Xactimate 25 or 27skills � Ability to comfortably navigate Xactimate 25 or 27 � Ability to create an Xactimate 25 or 27 estimate from start to finish � General Windows and keyboard knowledge

� COURSE ENVIRONMENT: This course is a two-hour, instructor-led, virtual Web training session. Presentation and discussion are directed by a Certified Xactware Trainer. Students view the presentation via Web conference and participate using their phones.

� SKILLS AND OBJECTIVES: Students of this course will learn to:

• Effectively build and manage project schedules for estimates created in Xactimate

• Quickly access and adjust schedules and resources involved with project completion

• Adjust project schedules to account for changes in work schedules or other delays

• View and compare Gantt charts to identify schedule and resource conflicts

• Print and email project tasks and schedules, relaying vital information to coworkers and employees
