Our offerAll training courses offered by Altran Italia are delivered by experienced PMP® trainers with proven professional expertise in specific technological areas and in education field (Altran Educational Services). Our training programs have flexible delivery options and may have customized contents to suit specifics needs.

All training courses are based on PMI® guidelines and standards (i.e. A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK® Guide) - Fifth Edition, Project Management Institute Inc., 2013) and collect most effective Project Management best practices.

Project ManageMent FundaMentals training course is aimed to project team personnel and to upcoming Project Managers, without restriction to any industrial area. This training course is valid for the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® assessment preparation, it includes an exam simulation and it provides an amount of 23 valid contact hours. Altran’s PM courses are customized to fulfill learner’s current knowledge and are tailored to Customer’s requirements with exercises on tool and techniques. Course duration: 2-5 days

advanced Project ManageMent training course aimed to already experienced Project Managers without restriction to any industrial area. This training course is valid for PMP preparation and certification, it provides 35 contact hours and it includes an entry test and a full exam simulation. Course duration: 6 days

Base and advanced training course in Planning ManageMent(*) with technical applications on dedicated software tools, are aimed to Project Managers, Project Leaders, Planners, whose focus is to increase their skills and technical knowledge in project planning. Advanced Training Course is suitable for the PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP)® assessment preparation and it includes an entry test and a full exam simulation. Course duration: 2-5 days

risk ManageMent(*) training course in accordance with Practice Standard for Project Risk Management is aimed to professionals who want to improve their knowledge in projects threats and opportunities management, in any industrial area. Course duration: 2 days

ProFessional scruM Master™ (*) valid for the PSM™ (Scrum.org) certification exam preparation, it covers the Scrum basics, the principles and process theory underpinning rules and roles of the Scrum Framework. Course duration: 3 days
