MANAGEMENT P&AN The Project 2ponsor is responsible for approving all "uality standards

for the 1us Tracking 2ystem Project. The Project 2ponsor will also

review all project tasks and deliverables to ensure compliance with

established and approved "uality standards.

The Project /anager is responsible for "uality management throughout

the duration of the project. The Project /anager is responsible for

implementing the 4uality /anagement Plan and ensuring all tasks,

processes, and documentation are compliant with the plan. The Project

/anager is also responsible for communicating and tracking all "ualitystandards to the project team and stakeholders.

The 4uality 2pecialists are responsible for working with the Project
