Diploma of Project Management
Smash deadlines and KPIs like a boss. Project managers play a key role in nearly every industry - the launch of new products, the construction of new sites, and the development of new programs. Project management requires specific skills in streamlining processes, managing the work of many differently skilled people, and keeping delivery on time.
For you to get where you’re aiming in your career, you need to be guided by an experienced project manager, a professional who knows the challenges of working to tough deadlines and KPIs, like Gary Hatfield, our course writer. He’s a certified practicing project director, a professional member of the Australian Institute of Project Management, and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Gary loves managing projects and he tries to share a little of that love with his students.
