Day Four Executing a Project: Managing Work, Scope, Schedules and Cost

The Execution phase is the most consequential of the Project Lifecycle and involves coordinating people and resources, as well as integrating and performing the activities of the project in accordance with the project plan. This session will cover how to:

Day Five Project Control and Closing

On this final day, a couple of case studies are considered and the focus is on how to leverage the knowledge gained from days 1 to 4 to equip yourself professionally and take solid steps to manage any project size by focusing on controlling the variables of quality, risk and communications. Successful conclusion of a project is also covered in-depth. After the session, participants will be able to:
