What is the objective
• Provide all interested parties with sufficient information such that they may submit a technical proposal for the alt PHY in TG4a.
• Provide the leadership of TG4a with planning information – Who intends to propose.
• Provide the TG4a group with proposal content sufficiently in advance of the meeting of presentation.
