1. html implementation conversion of web ready designs to
operational website2. cms content management system will provide an
ability to update the site contents as and when
required with an ease.
3. photo gallery will allow the web master to easily upload
photos to the website and create variouphoto gallery from past and
new events for members to see. (optional) in addition we can
provide
the functionality for members to request prints buy tying up
with snapfish.com .
4. content uploading based on contents provided by the client

client wishes not to continue with the project after stage 1

clients liability is only to the extent of the cost quoted for
the completed stage of the project.
however in such event offshoreitsolutions will reserve and own
the commercial rights of all designs
proposed. offshoreitsolutions will furnish required banking
details as per clients desire for mode of
payments.
terms and condition
at most, 3 iterations of the final concept selected. all further
iterations will be billed extra. the stage
wise costs will be payable as detailed below-
instalment 1 400$ payable as mobilisation advanceinstalment 2
600$ payable at start of stage 2
instalment 3 600$ payable at end of stage 2
completion of each stage will be marked by a formal approval, in
written, by the client, which shall
be held final and binding except in the most extenuating
circumstances.
any delay in project caused by clients negligence, untimely
response and/ or misinformation,
offshoreitsolutions will not be held liable for the same.
in case of delayed payment 2% interest will charged on the
pending amount per month. for any
