HOLLANDER BUSSINESS PARK

The Hollander Business Park was a large site development that included eleven (11) large warehouses and

flex space use buildings. This project had significant site challenges that included significant unsuitable

soils and replacement with suitable soils. Dave McMaster served as Construction Manager for Paragon

Construction and supervised the site subcontractor and supervised all building construction by the General

Contractors.
