The Governance Team

It’s an exciting time to join Campbell Tickell as the organisation has been growing consistently for the

past few years, resulting in expansion and the creation of this new role in the team.

People and values are at the heart of our approach to our work. We endeavour to build strong and

honest relationships with our clients, with a view to supporting their change processes and acting as

critical friends to them.

This is a new role in a team of six people and has arisen through the growing number of projects we

opportunities and translating our ideas into actions.

We work closely together internally as a team, conducting a wide range of Board evaluation exercises,

governance reviews, skills audits, remuneration reviews and strategy/research exercises, and

supporting other colleagues in the business on related assignments. We also manage project teams with

associate consultants working on them.

We are good learners, curious, invariably busy and juggling a range of different clients at any one

moment in time. We take continuous improvement seriously and invest time in considering how we can

improve and innovate, as well as supporting each other to be our best.

Our clients come from the social housing sector, charities, sports sector organisations, local authorities,

membership bodies, umbrella bodies and non-departmental public bodies and regulators.

The governance team comprises the following:

Welcome to Campbell Tickell

With a head office in the shadow of Wembley Stadium, Campbell Tickell is an established

management consultancy focusing principally on housing, regeneration, charities and social care,

and with a growing involvement in sports and leisure – across the UK and Ireland. Our services span:

strategy and governance; business and financial planning; regulation and troubleshooting; business

transformation; asset management and development; mergers and growth; regeneration and stock

transfer; customer services; communications and public relations; organisational development,

human resources and recruitment. Alongside our central team of 30 employees, we have a national

We are a well-established practice, now in our twenty first year. Over that time, we have worked

with nearly 800 organisations - government departments and agencies, trade bodies, councils,

housing associations, care providers, sports governing bodies, leisure trusts, charities, and

commercial businesses. We have a fantastic first-time success rate in leadership recruitment; a high-

quality consultancy offer; repeat and new clients; a strong market share with resources for

expansion; and an unrivalled reputation for service quality and value. This adds up to a brand that

speaks of reliability, quality, honesty, imagination and verve.

We are not simply in this business to make money. Yes, we are a commercial operation, but we care

about the quality and standards we deliver; we are an ethical organisation who wants to make a

difference and aims to add value.
