This course examines project communication andstakeholder management, through the application of:

Discussing the roles and responsibilities of the projectmanager and the project team, in terms of projectcommunication and stakeholder management,this course outlines the latest insights from the ProjectManagement Institute (PMI)®’s A Guide to theProject Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®

Guide), which incorporates information critical toproject success.

You will learn the foundation knowledge andtechniques in these areas of project management byattending this highly engaging, hands-on training, ledby our experienced course facilitators, who areaccomplished project managers, with excellent trainingand presenting skills.

This course is also punctuated, at regular intervals,with many real life experiences and interestingexperiential anecdotes, based on the actualexperiences of our facilitators.
