or Retail design to join our Global architectural and urbanism practice

based in UAE operation with ambitious growth plans for the future

We believe that rigorous placemaking-led design is key to maximising

the economic and social value of our projects from a city district

building or park to an individual home or interior space The places we

design are people focused with strong sense of place that stimulates

our deep-rooted desire to feel a sense of belonging to and connection

with our environment

In the practicersquos 60 year history we have built a strong reputation across

numerous sectors including residential education workplace retail mixed

use hospitality and masterplanning Every day our designers apply their

creativity commercial acumen and sector insight to produce designers that

meet the aspirations of our clients and create a strong sense of place

Our UAE operation currently has vacancies for two Project Architects

with an expertise in Education and Retail design Suitable candidates

should also have additional experience ideally in mixed-use complex

residential projects You must be able to lead a team of internal architects

and technicians in the production of inception drawings schematic and

detailed technical packages as well as also demonstrating experience in

coordinating external multi-disciplinary consultant teams

Successful candidates will have the following experience and competencies

Qualifications and Key Skills

bull Fully Qualified Architect

bull At least 3 years architectural design project experience and project

delivery experience

bull Proven and confident client facing project leader ideally capable of

running the design process and then deliver the project as a leader

bull Experience of large and comprehensive architectural projects

bull Ability to present to clients clearly communicating their ideas in sketch

from where necessary

bull Experience of working with Revit AutoCAD Photoshop InDesign and

Sketchup

bull Some international project exposure would be beneficial

bull Ability to lead the coordination process with our multi-disciplined sub-

consultants
