The rehabilitation of the museum involves an addition to the existing facility, providing space for a small theatre, an expanded gift shop, larger display area and one additional office as well as replacement of the HVAC system.

Project 5: Blank Performing Arts Center

 The additions to Simpson’s Blank Performing Arts Center will expand the facility by 10,000 square

feet. The new construction will make the building handicapped accessible and establish a true front

door to the facility with drive-up capability.
