SOLUTION
An oasis from the madness of the modern working world and the stress of higher education, Café on the Ave. is a place to meet and find relaxation in the Seattle U-district. They provide great coffee, teas, food, chill music and a relaxing atmosphere. They are proud to be an independent coffee shop and we put our pride into every cup of coffee we serve.
Café on the Ave is struggling with their social media strategy to communicate with the audience. The problems appear to be limited human resources, outdated identity, lack of clear direction and an inconsistent message that have prevented them from reaching their target audience.
There are lots of things for growth with a consistent social media strategy. This is a good opportunity for Café on the Ave. to develop their identity and reach wider audience.
We will give Café on the Ave. a bolder, stronger, more dynamic look and feel to communicate with their audience. By using a more sophisticated icon, the shop will draw more attention away their competitors. Ultimately, we will start a branding development directly send the message to their target audience.
