Creating Quality Career Opportunities……..
……Building Quality of Place
On March 15th the City and County Commissions voted unanimously to support
requests totaling $100,000 for a new company that would lease the NW Industrial
Park Building. About 10 jobs would be created and provide benefits. A site visit
was conducted early February. We are optimistic and waiting for their response.
The Corporation has been actively
marketing and recruiting businesses
for the NW Industrial Park building and
the Regional Technology Center. We
have responded to requests for
information for industrial prospects and
are pursuing technology opportunities
through our many relationships.
