Programming CMIII
• SELP Select button to program
• Sensitivity Set between 0-9; 0 essentially turns off feature
• Cook Time Select cooking time for product
Pressing the checkmark and entering 1650, opens the computer to programming, in this sequence, for each product button.
• Shake Time Sets point in cook cycle product is to be shaken
• Hold Time Sets time product can be held after cooked
After entering each figure, press Checkmark to advance to the next figure.
Product programming
At this point, the button to be programmed is pressed.
Buttons L, R and 1 through 0 provide 12 programmable spots.
Sensitivity
• Sensitivity is set between 0 and 9. It adjusts --“shrinks or stretches”-- cook time based on the effect dropping the frozen product has on oil temperature.
Shake Time/ Hold Time• Shake Time and
Hold Time are entered.
• Pressing the checkmark after entering the hold figure returns the computer to SELP.
Start Up
The computer shows CYCL while in the melt cycle. Here it is calling for heat as it warms up.
Light indicates unit is calling for heat.
Temperature display
• The unit will display Celsius or Fahrenheit. Entering code 1658 toggles between the modes.
Cruising to setpoint
• The display shows dashes when the fryer gets about 15 above or below setpoint.
Failure indicators
• Ignition failures are noted by a HELP on the display. Prob indicates trouble in the probe circuit.
