LocationMap references are on the back page. Morningactivities will take place at City Hall (CF10 3ND).There is paid-for street car parking nearby and there is a multi-story car park on Greyfriars Road(CF10 3AE).
Park and RideFrom the east, use Park and Ride (CF23 8HH) - the connecting bus will take you to Churchill Way,just a 10 min walk to City Hall.
From the west, use Park and Ride (CF11 8EG) - the connecting bus will take you to Canal Street,just a 15 min walk to City Hall.
RegistrationRegistration opens at 10:00. You will need tocheck in - this will be quicker with your Eventbriteticket - and collect your welcome pack.
Bus to the School of DentistryA bus will be available for any attendees wishingto visit the School of Dentistry in the afternoon.Please meet by the main reception desk in CityHall at 13:30 to be taken up to the Heathcampus. You will need to get a ticket from theSchool of Dentistry / Tissue Engineering stand inthe subject fair.
This bus will be returning from the Heath Campusto City Hall at 15:30.
Specific needsIf you have specific mobility needs, please speakto a member of staff who will be happy to assistyou. We have a limited number of car parkingspaces for visitors with access needs. These canbe reserved at the time of booking or bycontacting (029) 2087 0084.
SafetyPlease adhere to all notices and instructions fromstaff during the day. In the event of anemergency, please contact the nearest memberof staff. If the fire alarm sounds, trained FireWardens will evacuate visitors. Lifts must not beused in the event of a fire.
Food and drinkCity Hall is a short walk from the city centre whichboasts lots of cafes and restaurants for you to getsomething to eat. There is also a Costa Coffeeand Subway next to the Students Union on ParkPlace if you are looking for a quick snack.
