Why did we create Leading Change for Good?Aotearoa is changing. More people are choosing to lead with kindness, to lead with care, and prioritise purpose. We’re focusing more on people, our communities, our whanau, and collaborations and partnerships that share values close to our heart. We’re looking for ways to make positive changes that benefit the people around us, that contribute to the greater good. We’re redefining what good looks like, and how value is so much more than profit. This is leading change, it’s leading change for good.
