• The tool offer organisations that are not likely to have a large budget the capacity and ability to conduct a valid ‘evidence-based’ evaluation.

• The tool is based on assessments at two/three key stages:

1. Pre-programme baseline assessment

2. Mid- programme assessment

3. Post-programme assessment.
