Marketing Strategy• Our customers:
– Dealers who install home automation system for end home users.
– Help dealer to monitor, manager, debug system remotely.
– Help dealer provide push notification based cloud home automation solution for end
customers
• Partner with hardware vendors
– Partnership with Universal Remote Control(one of the major Home automation
system vendor)
– Start with URC. Have 400 URC dealers as beta customers. Expect to reach
thousands of URC dealers within few months.
– Dealer can sell cloud home monitor and control service to customers.
• Expand to other home automation system vendors
– Dealers normally use more than one vendors.
– Once dealer like to use our platform. They want to have our module on other
vendor’s system too.

unlimited history data storage, push notification
based control and etc.
• Monthly charge to end customer through mobile
app. Provide cloud monitor/control of home
automation. Dealer sell to end customers and
we keep 20% cut.
Team• Braden Napier, CEO. Co-founder of home automation
system integration company presinium. Has many years of
home automation system installation experience. Known
the industry very well. In charge of business development,
marketing and overall operation.
• Wayne Zhao. CTO. Co-funder of software company
Saitrong. Worked in Cisco System for 10 years. Has
extensive experience in building cloud software. In charge
of product development. Has M.S of Computer Science from
University of Southern California and Tsinghua University.
Competitors• Hardware system vendors:
– Crestron Electronics, ADT security, Control 4, Lutron, URC
– They focus on selling home control hardware. Most don’t’ have good
cloud solution. We provide cloud solution and partner with them.
• Software service vendors
– Alarm.com, iControl, Alertme, smartthings. They target consumer
DIY market. We target dealer installed home market.
– Our cloud programmable smart home cloud platform and push
notification reaction based app provides flexible and one touch
operation.
– Our founders are system integrators. We know the industry and
customers(dealers) well. We can provides solution really needed by
customers.
