GENERAL INFORMATION

Conference Secretariat On Monday, May 30, 2016, the Secretariat will be located at the Palace of Kings of Majorca, Rue des Archers, Perpignan. It will be open from 14:00 to 17:00. The following days, the Secretariat will be located in Room F at the Campus of Université de Perpignan Via Domitia (UPVD). It will be open from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00.

Guided tours Guided tours of the Palace of Kings of Majorca will be organized on Monday, May 30, 2016, between 14:30 and 16:30. The tours are free and the guide will be in English. There is no need to register in advance, however, the guided tours are on a first-come-first-serve basis as the number of participants is limited.

Opening Ceremony The Opening Ceremony of ETAMM 2016 will be held at the Palace of Kings of Majorca on Monday, May 30, 2016, 17:00-17:30.

Cocktail A welcome cocktail will be organized in the Palace of Kings of Majorca on Monday, May 30, 2016, 19:30-22:30.

Lunches The lunches will be held in the Mensa of the University of Perpignan (RU) on Tuesday, May 31, 2016, Wednesday, June 1, 2016 and Thursday, June 2, 2016, between 12:20-14:00. Lunch tickets (provided at the registration) will be required every day.

Coffee breaks Coffee, tea, snacks and other refreshments will be served in the rooms A and J during the coffee breaks.

Internet access Free wireless Internet access is available on the Campus of Université de Perpignan Via Domitia. The username and the password will be provided at the registration time. The rooms H and I are at your disposal for internet activities.

Presentations The duration of the presentations in the minisymposia is either 40 minutes or 20 minutes (discussion included). Please pre-check and upload your presentation slides to the conference computer in the relevant lecture room before your session starts. The technical staff in the rooms will help you, if necessary. This will provide for smooth changes between individual lectures.

Gala dinner The Gala dinner of ETAMM 2016 will be held in the Restaurant La Table du Mas inside the Hotel MAS DES ARCADES (5 minutes walking distance from the main campus of UPVD) on Wednesday, June 1, 2016, 19:30-23:00. Participants are asked to register no later than Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at 10:00. Tickets will be required at the entrance of the Restaurant.

Excursion The Excursion will take place on Friday, June 3, 2016 on the Vermeille Coast. Itinerary: Perpignan - Collioure - Port Vendres - Banuyls – Perpignan. Departure from the Campus of UPVD: 9:00 (tickets required). Back in Perpignan : 17:30. The visit of Royal Castle of Collioure and lunch are included. Participants are asked to register no later than Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at 10:00.
