SIGNIFICANT/IMPACT OF THE
PROGRAMME
1. The main impact that we want to implement to all elecsys student is to strengthen the
bonding between the elecsys cimmunity.
2. The can develop their creativity by introduction of robot.
3. Student more sensitive to environment and health care issues thus develope student who
excell in study and environment issues also.

The Strong Community Come
From Strong Bonding of ELECSYS
Student Community Bonding and Environmental Public Service’17
Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan : 11 March 2017 – Electronic System Association (ELECSYS) Malaysia-
Japan International Institute of Technology, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia Kuala Lumpur (UTMKL) was
organise Student Community Bonding and Environmental Public Service or the other name is community
service (CSR). This programme objective is to create the bond between all batch of elecsys members because
we believe that strong community come from strong bonding with each others. We use 2 bus and 7 cars for
transport. The participants was from first year, second year, third year, and forth year. We wish to bring all
elecsys member but unfortunately there’s limited seat for joining this programme. Even though this
programme require high budget but fees for this programme is free of charge. The organiser manage got an
allocation money from HEMA and sponsored food and beverage by Café Sajian Qaseh, Café MJIIT, and also
mini mart Adden. The programme might not able to increase the income of elecsys but all organiser trying to
do is the impact itself for the student. The student who excel in academic should be alert with changes of his
surrounding. This programme expose student with environmental issues and also we involve the society join
us collect the rubbish at beach area. We also distribute health care pamphlet to rise awareness and
information of health care and also disease.
Student Community Bonding and Environmental Public Service program was held through out one day, from
6.30 am to 6.30 pm. At 6.15 am all committee members having a short meeting and final brief for ensure the
program will run smoothly. At 6.45 am the participants registration and also breakfast and depart to Port
Dickson. At 7.30 am committee members took sponsored food and beverage. Around 10 am 2 busses and 7
cars arrived at Port Dickson thus the tentative briefing was conducted by elecsys’s president. The program
start with formal speech from director of program, elecsys president and also introduction of robot thus the
program continue with senpai kohai implemented. We believe that by doing group from random distribution
can gave a lot of positive impact instead of participants choose their own group mate. Firstly the participants
have to make a big human circle then counted from one to twelve then they follow their group by number.
PRESS RELEASE
As for introduction of group members we conduct a game called “win a war” which each of group have to
develop the strategies in order to survive. The winner for this game was Group 3. Next, we gave them task
which is “selfie” and “cheers” which they have to think and do through out program and we will access
them at the end of program. We do the promotion of MJIIT UTM which every selfie we put #MJIIT #csr
#elecsys so the group which higher like will be choosen for winner, the winner for selfie game is Group 1.
for cheers competition the winner was selected by Dr Fitri and the winner was from Group 8.
For the telematch game organiser prepare 6 checkpoint which two group compete each other to get 1 point
then we will calculate the cumulative point of check point. These telematch we prepare 3 winner which first
place is Group 6, second place Group 12, and Third place Group 2. After that, the participants prepare
themselves for “solat jemaah” while non-muslim having talk regarding moral issues. Next, the participants
having lunch and breaks for 1 hours thus the participants start cleaning the beach and distribute the
pamphlet to society nearby hence the students make community engagement.
Last but not least, the thanks giving and close ceremony was conducted by Dr Fitri, Advior of Electronic
System Association.

HIGH IMPACT ACTIVITIES
Caption : This picture was taken during the program was held. The first picture was taken as example the student collected
trash at beach area. Second picture the student was busy tidy up our program place and pamphlet distribution. Third
picture was taken when all student that already sit in group which one group consist all batch of student. This group was
created to implement the cooperation between senpai and kohai, thus strengthen the cooperative between elecsys members
itself.

PROBLEM STATEMENT/SUGGESTION
Problem Statement
Suggestion
1. Limited seat for participant.
2. Limited time for seeking for
sponsorship.
3. Changed place last minute due
to safety reasons and time
management.
4. Allocation money
5. Limited usage of students
transportation which each
association limit for 3 bus
only.
