I. INTRODUCTION

This procedure identifies the compilation of documents describing the Agreement Stateprogram.

II. OBJECTIVES

The objectives of this procedure are:

A. To provide a central reference point for all documents that collectively describe theAgreement State program as authorized by Section 274 of the Atomic Energy Act of1954, as amended, and the Energy Policy Act of 2005.

B. To aid in management of the Agreement State program by establishing a comprehensivelisting of Agreement State program documentation that can be used by the U.S. NuclearRegulatory Commission (NRC), Agreement and non-Agreement State staff.
