    SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

    Delivered win-win project. IBM customer moved to new application and did not transfer data. Negotiated andclosed emergency project to fix the problem. Engineered a work around solution and moved data to new platformthat provided better services. Quick action reduced risk and secured a long-term customer worth millions.

    Introduced new maintenance program. Warranty revenue stream for IBM was decreasing. Determinedpreventative maintenance projects were not being pursued. Determined multiple part use program and took newofferings to market. Secured $1.6M in new project contracts and increased profits by $1.3M over prior year.

    Protected account by delivering project contract that decreased client costs. IBM client was swayed by

    competitive service proposal. By leveraging relationships with key managers, convinced client to stay as a customer.Renegotiated contract, improved service delivery and protected $1.4M in program revenue.

    Managed critical service project successfully. Selected to fix a critical service outage for IBM customer. Newequipment was being installed and crew cut key cables, crashing all computer operations. Quickly determined fixand reconfigured entire data center. Overcame emergency in five hours, enabling client to maintain IT schedules.
