Biographic Profile

Dr. Veena K. Arora , Co Founder & Director, 3T (Triumph Through Training Pvt Ltd) is the

driving force behind Organisational Development interventions, especially training programs,

empowering thousands of individuals across corporates, educational institutions (universities

and colleges), professional associations, and government institutions. She is uniquely qualified

to familiarize her audience with the fascinating realm of SQ and EQ (Spiritual Quotient and

Emotional Quotient), possessing extensive experience of over 18 years. She has major stake in

3H (Haven for Holistic Healing), 3C (Candid Cybernetics Consulting), and recently

conceptualized corporate film making organization 3D (Dynamic Dreams Delivered).

Dr. Arora was felicitated by Times of India and National Academy of Event Management and

Development (NAEMD) on Teacher’s Day 2014. She has been awarded ‘Best Faculty of the

Year Award 2003-04 ’ by Hon’ble Vice President of India, Late Shri Bhairon Singh Shekhawat

and felicitated by His Excellency, the then Governor of Rajasthan, Shri Madan Lal Khurana .

She was honoured by Distt Ladies Club as ‘ Outstanding Teacher of the Year 1998 ’ (Professional

Studies).

She believes, “Life is my greatest teacher, and I have no regrets—only learnings...”
