The Role:
Report to Senior Manager Operations. Planning and execution of projects. Maintaining all reports (Dashboards, MIS, Attrition Tracker, etc). To contribute to process improvement by proposing and implementing new ideas and initiatives. Work with Operations and Client SPOC for delivery. Ensure process meets service level agreements. Attending Conference-Call with US & Hospital clients to produce exceptional work at assigned time. Participating in all process improvement plan/project with Operation & Quality Managers. Control attrition by making healthy and exciting work place and thereby keeping staff motivated. Client Satisfaction: Ensure optimum client satisfaction by meeting their expectation consistently.
