Training Experience:

The beginning of my training experience happened with Reckitt Benckiser in the year 2002 as I was nominated for Train The Trainer program and selected as Trainer as additional responsibility. I was training distributor salesmen and sales representatives on distribution management and merchandising. I have conducted many dealers’ meets and promotional meets very successfully with Reciktt Benckiser. With Life Insurance Assignment, I conducted over 300 training programs for my advisors, sales managers and branch managers. My training sessions were largely helping me to educate, motivate and integrate my team members. The feedback of the delegates after each training session have motivated me and created a passion for training in me.
