Al-kadi Contracting Company is a member of Kadi Group Holding and effectivelyoperates as its engineering and construction division.

Al-kadi Contracting Company provides multi-dimensional construction services to theindustrial and commercial enterprises such as villas for owning, deluxe villas andduplex apartments with high specifications, steel buildings (Hangars) whichundertaking execution of plant buildings, workshops, commercial markets, large

warehouses, and commercial exhibitions in various choices. We are a well establishedcontractor of Saudi Aramco and its affiliated companies, the SABIC affiliatedcompanies, Waha Electric Supply Co. of Saudi Arabia Ltd. (Wescosa), and for variousArabian Ministries and private sector clients for over twelve (12) years.

Company Owner

The story began in 1938 with Al Kadi Family when they started importing food

commodities from India and Bahrain. Their economic activities were located in Jubail

City (Eastern Shore of Saudi Arabia), but after Oil Discovery and Aramco

establishment, they moved to Dammam and as per a wise, an ancient observation states

that Even the mighty oak tree was once a tiny seed a new business line was added,

shipping to wholesalers in other parts of Saudi Arabia.

Sheikh Abdul Aziz Al Kadi, The Group Chairman says: we have grown with Saudi

Arabia growth and our success is based on the total commitment of our people, who

represent our most valuable asset.

HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT POLICY STATEMENT

Al-kadi recognizes that high standards of Health, Safety & welfare are an integral element of

efficient business management objectives and contribute to the operational efficiency and

profitability of the Company. For such standards to be achieved, adequate financial and physical

resources are made available in order to ensure continued development of the competence of

employees and the provision of any necessary expert advice.

Health and Safety is a management responsibility of equal importance to production and quality,

thus managers will pursue progressive improvements in health and safety performance by

establishing and maintaining control, communicating the necessary information, encouraging co-

operation between individuals and groups thereby ensuring that a positive health and safety

culture is promoted and developed.

All Al-kadi employees, including sub-contractors will abide Al-kadi and Clients requirements.

Al-kadi Safety Policy for construction, used to ensure the health and safety of all construction

staff, including construction sub-contractors employees and other persons involved in the

construction and to protect Clients property and assets from damage, can be summarized as

follows:

Full Compliance with the Laws and statutes and Clients Health & Safety Manual andImplementation of more stringent standards and procedures where appropriate.

Prevention of accidents by means of information and indoctrination. Direct participation of all involved parties in the actions aiming to a safer working

environment.

Promotion of the concepts working safety and safety first by means of normalchallenge and direct incentives.

Continuous vigilance in order that safety measures and precautions are actually taken infield, at the right time and following the established procedures.

Immediate and constructive suppression/correction of situations/behaviors whichdetermine or tend to determine unsafe working conditions.
