The Behavioral Style Assessment Report is a customizedreport that is generated as soon as you complete yourself-assessment.

It consists of two sections:1. Description of your style and how your style behaves

in various situations.

2. Suggestions are offered TO OTHERS on how to dealwith your style most effectively, along with actionplans for you.

Your eGraph results include your self-assessmentas well as all Observers who have responded.

l Then click “Submit”.

Then you will be able to select in what setting you

know the person.

Selecting No will display descriptions

of the person.

After choosing, the Select Setting screen will be
