INTRODUCTION
EMTRC Consultants Private Limited was established in 2002. EMTRC is
registered by Registrar of Companies, Government of NCT of Delhi vide
Registration No. U74999 DL 2002 PTC 114840, dated 04-04-2002. The
Registered Office of EMTRC is located at Flat No. P-501, Anupam Apartments,
East Arjun Nagar, Delhi 110032.
The Laboratory of EMTRC Consultants Private Limited is named as EMTRC Lab.
It is located in an approved Industrial Area in National Capital Region, UPSIDC
Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. EMTRC Lab is recognized by the Ministry of
Environment & Forests, Government of India under the Environment (Protection)
Act 1986. The Gazette Notification SO 592 E dated 8-3-2013 of MOEF is valid till
7-3-2018.
EMTRC is a professional organization providing specialized and sustainable
solutions in the field of Environment Science and Management. EMTRC goals

TRAINING MODULES DEVELOPED BY EMTRC
ENVIRONMENTAL LEGISLATION
This module caters to the training and sensitization needs of managers in administration and technical department of industry. Additional awareness gained in understanding of various environmental laws of the country besides mandatory procedures to be followed. This helps in performing the environmental management in a competent & transparent manner 1-day program conducted by experienced professionals who will visit the unit for delivering lectures to a selected group of managers. Documents also provided.
ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS
This module caters to the training needs of chemists working in any industrial laboratory. Additional experience gained in testing of water and wastewater, noise & solid waste. The same chemists can handle routine environmental sampling and testing besides their usual routine assignment. 3-day program conducted by experienced professionals who visit the unit for training 2-3 chemists in group. Relevant training documents are also provided (1 set) Lab instruments like spectrophotometer and analytical balance required for training. Chemicals are brought by EMTRC.
DOCUMENTATION PROCEDURES
This module helps in understanding the various forms, documents and data required to be collated and submitted to the regulatory authorities on yearly basis. The module is meant for environmental management department, cell or unit. It checks the compliance level and measures to improve the compliance level. Relevant copy of forms are provided Correct procedures to fill-up the forms is demonstrated. Source of obtaining reliable and accurate data is also demonstrated. 1-day program conducted by experienced professionals who visit the unit for training.

LABORATORY FACILITIES
EMTRC LABORATORY is recognized under Environment (Protection) Act, 1986. The laboratory has facilities for testing of hazardous gases, noise, soil, sediments, metals, minerals, toxicity and biological studies, bio-monitoring of water bodies, bacteriological etc.
In order to ensure the 'Accuracy in measurements' following practices are followed:
1. Use of NIST traceable International Certified Reference materials as reference standards
2. Calibration of all Instruments & Glasswares used.
3. Staff training through various training programs, Quality control tests & tests undertaken based on theoretical & practical aspects.
4. Job authorizations is granted after training.
5. Use of Standard Operating Procedures.
6. Participation in various National/ International 'Proficiency Program'
The laboratory secured 100% marks in Proficiency Testing Program conducted by Central Pollution Control Board.

ACHIEVEMENTS OF EMTRC IN LAST 10 YEARS
1. EMTRC Consultants Pvt Ltd got Accreditation by QCI-NABET in major EIA Sectors.
2. Developed Environmental Laboratory for conducting monitoring and analysis of stack emissions, ambient air, water & wastewater, equipment and ambient noise, soil, solid and hazardous wastes, TCLP, etc. The laboratory secured 100% marks in Proficiency Testing Program conducted by Central Pollution Control Board.
3. Laboratory was NABL Accreditation as per ISO-17025-2005 (Till 1-5-2013). Now the Lab
is recognized by Ministry of Environment & Forests, Govt of India under Environment Protection Act 1986 for a period of 5 years; 8-3-2013 to 7-3-2018.
4. Successfully conducted more than 100 Public Hearings and obtained Environmental
Clearance for various types of industrial, Mining and infrastructure projects, in a time bound and dignified manner.
5. Conducted Carrying Capacity Study for sustainable industrial development of Raigarh
region and Anuppur Region.
6. Prepared City Action Plan for air quality improvement of Ahmedabad for ADB.
7. Developed expertise to conduct Risk Assessment Study and preparation of Emergency Response Plan / Disaster Management Plan. Developed expertise to Model end-point of hazardous chemicals as Consequence Analysis.
8. Developed capability for conducting Dispersion Modeling of air and water pollutants,
incremental noise modeling and preparation of iso-concentration plot using GIS tools.
